Service Description
During your free consultation our aim is to establish what your problem is and how quickly you need treatment. Based on your explanation we’ll either confirm that this is something we can support you with or suggest that your starting point should be A&E, 111 or your GP. This free consultation works both ways - we want to learn a bit about you but we also understand you’ll want to know more about us and how we operate. So, we encourage you to feel free to ask us questions. We are here to offer immediate help and reassurance before we progress.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cannot be cancelled within 12 hours via our on-line booking system. If you do need to cancel please phone us 07876191966. Depending upon the reason and the notice you are able to provide you may still be charged for this service. If you need an appointment urgently and cannot find a suitable time on the website, please call us on 07876191966 and we will do our best to fit you in as an emergency or out of hours appointment.
